Le sol de l'appartement était sale à notre arrivée (à en voir l'état de nos pieds, de la terre/poussière?). Il a fallu investir dans une serpillère et produits de nettoyage et s'en occuper.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que le sol n’était pas suffisamment propre à votre arrivée. Cela ne reflète pas nos standards de préparation, et nous allons faire le nécessaire avec notre équipe de ménage pour corriger ce point. Pour information, un état des lieux peut être complété dès l’arrivée, et nous restons disponibles pendant toute la durée du séjour pour intervenir rapidement en cas de besoin.
