We welcome you to our T3 apartment "Paul and Aliette***", located in the Bellepierre district, 5 minutes from the city centre of Saint-Denis. This apartment, designed for 4 people, is ideal for a leisure or professional stay.

✅ A fully fitted American kitchen designed for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher as well as a refrigerator and freezer.
✅ A living area equipped with a Smart TV and a sofa and bench.
✅ Two bedrooms with storage space for your clothes. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed and a travel cot. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a desk area for teleworkers.

✅ The apartment is equipped with an internet connection (fibre).
