Pour rappel, les frais de ménage facturés lors de la réservation couvrent l’entretien standard du logement. En revanche, comme indiqué dans nos conditions générales, les dégradations ou salissures importantes (par exemple un tapis taché par une boisson sucrée) nécessitent une remise en état spécifique qui n’est pas incluse dans le forfait ménage classique. Ces frais supplémentaires sont alors prélevé sur la caution. Nous comprenons toutefois votre frustration mais nous vous assurons que les mesure ont été appliquées conformément à nos procédures. Votre retour est important et nous permettra d’améliorer notre communication afin que ces différences soient encore plus claires pour nos voyageurs.
